www.relaxandreducestress.com.au - is an Australian Online Bookshop which offers a wide range of self-help books, workbooks, kits, CDs, DVDs and gifts for sale to the community. We are 100% Australian owned and operated. Our office is located in Ballina, Northern NSW, Australia.

Proprietor of 'Relax and Reduce Stress', Shelley Jackson has been offering self-help and inspirational CDs and books to the community by mail order since 1998, and online since 2004. Shelley is committed to providing the highest quality professional online bookshop to the community. She has a long-standing personal and professional interest in the use of relaxation and meditation practices to enhance self-awareness, health and wellbeing, personal and spiritual development. Shelley Jackson is a Psychologist and Reiki Master/Teacher, and also operates a private practice in Ballina NSW.

Shelley moved to the North Coast of NSW in 1979 and is currently a resident of the Northern Rivers area. She has a broad range of interests. Shelley has worked in allied health for many years both in Sydney and the North Coast of NSW, and she has contributed to many community-based projects in the areas of youth leadership, adult education, women's health, women's writing, health and wellness, visual arts, world peace and community networking.

DELIVERY TIMES
Orders within Australia will usually be shipped to you within 1 to 7 days, stock levels permitting. 'Relax and Reduce Stress’ makes every effort to ensure that delivery times given are accurate. However, the delivery times stated for products on this website assume that the stock availability information provided by our suppliers is accurate and that delivery times are not adversely affected by unforeseen events.
YOUR ORDER STATUS
Generally, 'Relax and Reduce Stress’ will advise you by e-mail of your order status: a) to confirm your purchase, and b) to advise when your order has been posted. Orders are posted via Australia Post Domestic.
 
STOCK AVAILABILITY
Product availability information is provided by a number of third party suppliers. ‘Relax and Reduce Stress’ liaises with these third-parties to ensure this information is as accurate as possible. However, some errors and omissions are to be expected from time to time. In using this website, You, the Customer/User acknowledge and agree that you understand that in order to provide the greatest range of products 'Relax and Reduce Stress’ does not stock all products listed on this site in a single warehouse. Also, at times goods delivered may differ to the product images presented on this site.
ADDRESSING

If a product is found to be mis-addressed by ‘Relax and Reduce Stress’ then ‘Relax and Reduce Stress’ shall be responsible for the re-delivery, replacement or refunding of the product.

If the Customer is found to have given an incorrect or insufficient address, then ‘Relax and Reduce Stress’ will not refund or re-send the product and all responsibility for correcting delivery will be borne by the Customer.
INCORRECT BANK ACCOUNT NUMBER
‘Relax and Reduce Stress’ gives the Customer the choice to pay for products through bank transfer. If the Customer credits money to the incorrect bank account number, and the correct number was provided to the Customer by ‘Relax and Reduce Stress’ then ‘Relax and Reduce Stress’ will not accept any responsibility for correcting payment and the goods will not be dispatched.
MAILING CASH
‘Relax and Reduce Stress’ does not recommend that cash be mailed for payment of products. If the Customer does mail cash, ‘Relax and Reduce Stress’ accepts no responsibility for the theft, loss or otherwise non-delivery of mailed cash.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

International customers do not pay GST. International customers, please contact us by e-mail, fax or telephone, if you would like to purchase our products. Currently, purchasing online via Paymate will mean that you will be automatically charged GST and a $4.95 shipping fee.

If you are an international customer, special arrangements are required to ensure that you are not charged GST and that the appropriate shipping fee to your overseas destination is charged.

International customers should note that all charges related to duties and taxes in the country of destination are the responsibility of the purchaser.
CURRENCY CONVERSION
Our website retail prices are displayed in Australian dollars. If you purchase products from our website in a different currency, ‘Relax and Reduce Stress’ has no control over, and makes no warranty related to the currency conversion used by the issuer of your credit card.
CANCELLING ORDERS
‘Relax and Reduce Stress’ reserves the right to cancel orders that are believed to be fraudulent or constitute a mis-use of a promotional or marketing activity or where an error has occurred, including but not limited to, errors relating to pricing.
REFUNDS AND RETURNS
Refunds or merchandise exchange will be given at the discretion of ‘Relax and Reduce Stress’ management.
If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with any item you order from our bookshop, just return the item to us in its original condition, with the original invoice/receipt within 14 days of the date of your invoice/receipt for an immediate replacement or a refund (less shipping costs).
Refunds for authorised returns will be issued by mail cheque for price paid (less shipping costs).
Please Note: We will only refund shipping costs if ‘Relax and Reduce Stress’ has sent the wrong item or if the item sent is defective.
‘Relax and Reduce Stress’ requires valid identification when processing all returns and exchanges. An original invoice/receipt is required, otherwise returns will not be processed.
Please Note: Many of our CDs and DVDs are supplied sealed in clear plastic wrap. If you wish to return a CD or DVD for refund or exchange, ‘Relax and Reduce Stress’ requires the CD or DVD to be returned in its original clear plastic sealed packaging, unopened.
 
Defective Merchandise
Defective merchandise may be returned to ‘Relax and Reduce Stress’ within 14 days of the original invoice/receipt date.
Each of our recordings carries a full warranty against defect in workmanship for 12 months and will be replaced free of charge, if faulty.
How To Arrange The Return Or Exchange Of An Item
To return a defective item to ‘Relax and Reduce Stress’ by mail:
a) Notify ‘Relax and Reduce Stress’ at info@relaxandreducestress.com.au with an explanation of the problem.
b) ‘Relax and Reduce Stress’ will contact you to discuss your concerns and any special arrangements.
c) Pack and seal the item to be returned securely (preferably in the original packaging, where possible).
d) All returns must be sent prepaid - ‘Relax and Reduce Stress’ does NOT accept C.O.D. deliveries.
